Volunteer Your Time For Arts Sake-

Volunteering for any of the starring roles here makes you our Powerhouse Performer and waives the entry donation. A Volunteer Greeting Station will also be set up with cold beverages for your consumption and coolers for your use. Volunteer laminates are another gift from us to you. They show your style and make very attractive people very eager to meet you! Opening Act: Morning Glories –
One of the nicest times in the Forest is the (late) morning! Beginning at 10:00 a.m., we start cleaning up from the night before. Then, ‘round 11:00, artists begin setting up for the day. Assisting artists in transporting or setting up their works, helping with some recycling, cleaning up litter – this is the kind of low-key hand lending involved. Then we’re set to enjoy the Forest for the rest of the day.
Scene Changers: Into Evening –
At 7:00 p.m. we begin readying for the evening. Artists need help with their wares, trash and recycling need a good once over. We spend some time battening down the hatches for evening.
Techies –
A chance to work tech on the Enchanted Forest Stage is an experience worth writing home about! Stage experience appreciated but not necessary. All Access Green Room Pass – need I really say more?

Saturday and Sunday during the day from 1:00 – 6:00
Thursday – Saturday 6:00p.m. – 11:00p.m.
Earth Guardians –
Art Outside is a “Leave No Trace” event meaning, “if you brought it, take it home.” As much as possible, we encourage folks to be responsible for their own refuse. If you bring a picnic, awesome – just take the leftovers home with you. If you pack it in, pack it out!
Friendly people are needed to help spread the word and hand out cigarette-butt-tins (what an eye sore for the Forest floor when a beautifully decorated tin works so much better). Arrival time is flexible and duties involve just talking with others about keeping things tidy, setting a good example and having a great time.
